What types of home appliances and crockery do you offer?

We offer a comprehensive range of household essentials, including bone china and melamine dinner sets, glassware, non-stick cookware, and small kitchen appliances like blenders, air fryers, and electric kettles. We also stock larger appliances such as microwave ovens and water dispensers from leading local and international brands.

Are the dinner sets sold as complete sets or individual pieces?

While most of our premium crockery is sold as complete dinner sets (standard 72-piece or 32-piece sets), we do offer individual pieces for certain open-stock collections. This allows you to replace a specific item or build your own set.

Do you offer "Jahaiz" (Wedding) packages?

Yes, we specialize in curated Wedding Packages designed to provide a complete kitchen setup at a discounted price. These packages typically include a dinner set, cutlery, cookware, and essential small appliances. Please visit us in-store or contact us on WhatsApp for the latest package details.

How do you ensure fragile crockery doesn't break during delivery?

We use multi-layer protective packaging, including bubble wrap and corrugated cardboard inserts, specifically designed for long-distance transport within Pakistan. In the rare event of damage during transit, we offer a replacement for the broken item if reported within 48 hours of delivery.

What are your delivery charges and timelines?

We offer nationwide shipping across Pakistan. Delivery within Karachi usually takes 1-2 business days, while other cities like Lahore, Islamabad, and Faisalabad take 3-5 business days. Shipping is free on orders above PKR 15,000; for smaller orders, charges are calculated based on weight.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) for orders up to a certain limit, as well as Bank Transfers and Easypaisa/JazzCash. For high-value home appliances, we recommend secure bank transfers to confirm your order quickly.

 

Do your home appliances come with a warranty?

Yes, all electronic appliances carry a Brand Warranty (usually 1 to 2 years depending on the manufacturer). We provide the official warranty card with your purchase, which can be claimed at any authorized service center of that brand across Pakistan.

Can I return or exchange an item if I change my mind?

Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original, undamaged packaging. Please note that for "change of mind" exchanges, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, we will send a tracking number via SMS or WhatsApp. You can use this number on our partner courier’s website to see the real-time status of your delivery.
